As an Executive, your work mainly consists of relieving people's worries, where it is always important to ask the right questions, give the right answers and always remain calm and maintain an overview. Gert-Jan meets all these conditions and has also built up very broad experience in his extensive working life, making Gert-Jan a very welcome addition to our Cervitech company as a colleague.
Gert-Jan was born in the beautiful Hanze city of Elburg. Elburg, beautifully situated on the Veluwe Randmeren, is one of the most worth seeing Hanseatic cities in the Netherlands. Elburg used to be a bustling fishing town on the Zuiderzee. No wonder that Gert-Jan still lives in Elburg with his wife and 2 bonus children. His other daughter now lives beautifully in another Hanseatic city called Kampen.
On his 22nde Gert-Jan started at KPN in the service copper network, 22 years later his department was taken over by VolkerWessels Telecom Infratechniek. As a hobby, Gert-Jan and his wife run the canteen of the local football club in Elburg. In addition to this volunteer activity, Gert-Jan likes to go to PEC Zwolle with his children, where they have season tickets.
I am someone who always thinks in terms of solutions, which I learned from my experience in the service field at KPN and VWT. Solving problems is still my favorite thing to do, there is nothing better than getting into the car at the end of the day with a cup of coffee from my satisfied customer waving to you and wishing you a good trip!
