At WZ Packaging, a UK-based producer of flexible packaging materials, Cervitech has once again taken a significant step within a broader optimization process.
Following a previous successful analysis and adjustment of a Rotomec gravure press from 1992, in which significant energy savings were realized, a first maintenance visit to a non-Relox RTO installation took place last week.
During this inspection, various areas for attention were identified. The findings demonstrate that many aspects within the installation can be improved. This provides a solid foundation for further improvements regarding energy consumption, process stability, and sustainability.
This marks the next step in the broader improvement process at WZ Packaging. In the coming period, Cervitech will further develop and implement these optimizations.
