In the week of May 26, 2025, the first regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) was successfully commissioned at Plast-Farb, a leading Polish manufacturer of plastic packaging. The installation, supplied by Relox and managed by Cervitech, marks the beginning of a promising collaboration.

Plast-Farb has been active in the packaging market since 1987 and has become an established name in the industry. The company offers a wide range of security products, including envelopes, bags, STEBs, security tape, and sealing tape, and is known for its focus on quality and reliability.

Important step in sustainability

With its investment in this RTO plant, Plast-Farb is taking a significant step toward further enhancing the sustainability of its production processes. It's the first time the company has opted for an afterburner to effectively reduce emissions.

The installation ensures controlled combustion of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), significantly reducing emissions and complying with increasingly stringent environmental regulations. At the same time, the system contributes to more efficient and future-proof operations.
