In the week of May 26, the first regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) was successfully started up at Plast-Farb, a leading Polish manufacturer of plastic packaging. This installation, supplied by Relox, marks the beginning of a promising cooperation between Plast-Farb and Cervitech.
Plast-Farb has been active in the plastic packaging market since 1987 and is known for its wide range of safety products, including envelopes, bags, STEBs, safety tape and sealing tape.
The new RTO installation represents an important step in making production processes more sustainable at Plast-Farb. It is the first time that the company has invested in an afterburner, which allows it to effectively reduce emissions while meeting stricter environmental standards.
