Cervitech is starting the first afterburner project in Belgium with the installation of an afterburner at Fenzi, a world-leading manufacturer of chemical products for the glass processing industry.
This is a unique project for us, as Fenzi operates in a market segment that is unfamiliar to us. But that also makes it a challenge. Our afterburner system will be used to remove various gases from the exhaust air from the mixing plant, ensuring Fenzi can continue to meet the industry's high environmental standards.
We are working closely with Relox and Holtrop & Jansma on this project. Holtrop & Jansma is handling the piping and supplying the new fan. Relox is supplying the afterburner. We are also working with Nederhof on the crane work.
The installation of the afterburner is scheduled for the end of February next year.
With this project, we are taking an important step in our expansion into the Belgian market and strengthening our position as a specialist in emission treatment within various industrial sectors.
