Cervitech voert een turn-key project in België uit bij FENZI in Vilvoorde. Bij dit project wordt er een nieuwe RTO geleverd en verdere service aangeboden. FENZI is een internationaal opererende producent van chemische producten voor de glasverwerkende industrie, met een breed assortiment aan coatings, lakken en spiegelproducten. Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn innovatieve oplossingen en hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden.
Project goal and challenges
In this project, Cervitech is installing a new RTO system and laying the ductwork connecting the roof-mounted fan to the system. The afterburner system is designed to purify the exhaust air from the mixing plant of various gases and vapors. This allows FENZI to continue to meet the strict environmental standards applicable in the glass processing sector.
This project is unique for Cervitech because it's their first order in Belgium and because FENZI operates in a new market segment for the company. This requires innovative solutions and precise engineering, with sustainability and efficiency as key priorities.
Collaboration with partners
Cervitech is collaborating with a number of specialist partners on this project:
- Relox – supplies the afterburner
- Holtrop & Jansma - responsible for the piping and the new fan
- Nederhof – supports with crane work
This collaboration allows all components of the installation to be optimally coordinated, allowing the entire project to be carried out turnkey.
Turn-key approach
Cervitech manages the project from start to finish: from engineering and design to installation, connection, and system startup. This comprehensive approach means a single point of contact is responsible for the entire process, increasing efficiency and ensuring quality.
Resultaat en nazorg
Na de succesvolle plaatsing van de RTO-installatie en de verdere opbouw van het systeem bij FENZI in Vilvoorde, is het project inmiddels afgerond. De installatie werd eerder opgeleverd en de RTO-installatie is intussen volledig opgestart. Alles functioneert goed en voldoet aan de vooropgestelde verwachtingen. Ook na de oplevering blijft Cervitech nauw betrokken. We blijven in contact met FENZI en zorgen voor verdere service, zodat de installatie optimaal blijft presteren op lange termijn.

With the completion of this project, Cervitech is taking a significant step in its expansion into the Belgian market. At the same time, it strengthens the company's position as a specialist in emission control within various industrial sectors.
