The project involves the supply of a new RTO and the provision of further services. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fenzigroup.com\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.fenzigroup.com\/\">FENZI<\/a> is an internationally operating manufacturer of chemical products for the glass processing industry, offering a wide range of coatings, lacquers, and mirror products. The company is known for its innovative solutions and high quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project goal and challenges<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this project, Cervitech is installing a new RTO system and laying the ductwork connecting the roof-mounted fan to the system. The afterburner system is designed to purify the exhaust air from the mixing plant of various gases and vapors. This allows FENZI to continue to meet the strict environmental standards applicable in the glass processing sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is unique for Cervitech because it's their first order in Belgium and because FENZI operates in a new market segment for the company. The unit was handed over earlier, and the RTO system is now fully operational. Everything is functioning well and meeting the established expectations. Cervitech remains closely involved even after handover; we maintain contact with FENZI and provide ongoing service to ensure the system continues to perform optimally in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic value<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the completion of this project, Cervitech is taking a significant step in its expansion into the Belgian market. At the same time, it strengthens the company's position as a specialist in emission control within various industrial sectors.
