Committed and experienced project manager<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Cervitech professional Jan Boes works as a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Project Manager at Allinq, where he provides support to the FTTH department. He is responsible for connecting homes to the fiber optic network of KPN Netwerk and Glaspoort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to his broad knowledge and experience within the fiber optic industry, Jan can be deployed for both operational management and process direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Allinq-FTTH<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Allinq-FTTH operates in the north of the Netherlands (above the major rivers) and installs fiber optic networks in towns and cities.
As an implementation partner of KPN and Glaspoort (a collaboration between KPN and the ABP pension fund), Allinq plays a key role in the further digitalization of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of Allinq, Jan fulfills a coordinating and directing role, collaborating with various subcontractors and being responsible for the progress, quality and safety of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teams and responsibilities<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Within Allinq, six teams are active in different regions of the Netherlands.
Jan works within two of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Zwolle\/Zeist Region: High-rise Project Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assen\/Emmen Region: Low-rise Project Manager (LAS\/HAS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In these projects, he manages the executing parties on a daily basis and monitors the progress of the work. On average, he supervises between 10 and 20 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tasks and activities<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

    As project manager, Jan is responsible for the daily supervision and management of the contractors and engineers. His duties include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Drawing up and monitoring detailed schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Managing subcontractors and HAS\/LAS fitters<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Checking daily production in the workflow management system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Coordinating project matters with project managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensuring that all parties involved have the correct project information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Weekly consultation with subcontractors and adjustments where necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Act as a point of contact for Allinq's internal administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      He also maintains contacts with housing associations and homeowners' associations, assesses quotations and monitors the financial settlement of the projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
