At WZ Packaging, a UK-based producer of flexible packaging materials, Cervitech has once again taken a significant step within a broader optimization process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a previous successful analysis and adjustment of a Rotomec gravure press from 1992, in which significant energy savings were realized, a first maintenance visit to a non-Relox RTO installation took place last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this inspection, various areas for attention were identified. The findings demonstrate that many aspects within the installation can be improved. This provides a solid foundation for further improvements regarding energy consumption, process stability, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This marks the next step in the broader improvement process at WZ Packaging. In the coming period, Cervitech will further develop and implement these optimizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
