CERVITECH, together with its partners ENVIROXI and RELOX, has started a major project for the French market. This is another project for the combustion of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released into the atmosphere during the printing process with solvent inks. This project is the second extensive project in recent years for the French market and is also part of a series of projects that we will jointly carry out over the next 2.5 years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this project we take everything into account, both energy efficiency and compliance with environmental standards. Therefore, we will focus on 3 main aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Recirculation of printer drying, increasing the concentration of solvents (+ 2-3 gr) and reducing the volume of air pollution (reduction of more than 30%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Realization of an RTO with maximum efficiency, i.e. minimum gas consumption, more than 90% autothermal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Energy recovery (hot water) to preheat the printers' dryers, saving 40-50% on drying consumption, and also for other applications such as heating offices\/industrial warehouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
